Premium Pre-Order Model
We sell Coração do Vale olive oils on a pre-order basis. Every order is prepared especially for you and takes 30–45 days for preparation, packaging, and dispatch.
Order Confirmation
As soon as your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you will be sent an email confirmation. Orders are not changeable after confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
We make our best efforts to ship within the provided time limit. Shipping times, though, are subject to logistics or customs procedures within your region.
Returns & Refunds
As a premium food product, it is not returnable once opened. If your order is delivered tampered with or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing images of the documentation. If the company finds any valid issue, the company shall consider replacement. No refunds will be provided for orders once placed.
Assurance of Authenticity
Each bottle of Coração do Vale is directly plucked from our groves in Baixo Alentejo and carefully packed for authenticity, freshness, and quality.
